CSH MISSION IS TO:

Help the people that are being discriminated against in the housing and mortgage industry when they are buying a house or getting an appraisal done on their house. And help them to understand the fee’s that they are being charged on the good faith estimate and to help them in every other aspect of housing and mortgage financing to make sure they are not being discriminated against and overcharged in closing fees and help people who are about to become homeless.

ABOUT Community Special Housing

Community Special Housing is a 501(C3) nonprofit  organization. All donations are tax deductible. CSH is based in Ypsilanti   MI. CSH has been in business for 23 years. Our mission is to house the poor. We will have Supportive Services that will help the homeless people find jobs, apply for health insurance, and other resources that will help them get back on their feet. CSH works  with HUD to house the homeless people under their section 8 program.

Ralph Hall Director and Founder.  

Mr. Hall is a former Mortgage Broker and former Real Estate Agent,

Currently Real Estate Developer and Housing Counselor.    

Mr Hall  has been in this line of work for 45 years.
